Copyright

Last updated: August 22, 2026

This Copyright Policy governs the principles for respecting intellectual property rights on the Platform operated by Zynvora Tech LLC, the copyright infringement notice (DMCA) and counter-notice procedures, and the sanctions applied to repeat infringers.

01Copyright Policy and Respect for Intellectual Property

Zynvora Tech LLC (the "Company"), incorporated under the laws of Delaware, United States of America, adopts respect for the intellectual property rights of others as a fundamental principle on the websites and applications it operates, primarily fanzu.live (collectively, the "Platform"), and expects the same respect from all users.

The Company acts in accordance with applicable copyright law and its obligations under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA); it evaluates infringement notices submitted in proper form and, where it deems necessary, removes or disables access to the content alleged to be infringing.

This Copyright Policy applies as a whole together with the Company's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines; where a specific regulation on copyright is sought among these documents, this Policy shall prevail.

02Ownership of Intellectual Property

The Platform itself, its design, interface, software, source code, databases, logos, trademarks (including fanzu.live, broadza.live, lovtube), trade names, texts, and all visual and audio elements created by the Company belong to the Company or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property legislation; they may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the Company's prior written consent.

As a rule, the rights in content uploaded or published to the Platform by users (broadcast footage, videos, photographs, avatar, biography, messages, and the like) belong to the relevant user; by uploading such content, the user agrees to grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free, and transferable license to use it for the purpose of providing, operating, promoting, and technically transmitting the Service.

The user represents and warrants that they own the content they upload to the Platform or that they hold all rights, permissions, and licenses necessary to upload and share such content; and that the content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, personality, or other rights of third parties.

03How to Submit a Copyright Infringement Notice (DMCA)

Persons who believe they hold rights in a work and who believe in good faith that content on the Platform infringes such rights may submit a copyright infringement claim by sending a written notice, containing all of the following information in full, to dmca@fanzu.live.

Incomplete, ambiguous, or unverifiable notices may not be processed; accordingly, the notice must be sufficiently clear and detailed to allow the relevant material to be reasonably located on the Platform.

  • A clear and adequate description of the copyrighted work alleged to be infringed (a representative list where multiple works are involved).
  • A description of the material alleged to be infringing and information identifying its location on the Platform; where possible, a direct URL or broadcast/user identifier.
  • Information by which the notifying person can be contacted, such as full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good faith that the use complained of is not authorized by the rightsholder, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement of accuracy, including the consequences of a false statement, that the information contained in the notice is accurate and that the notifying party is the rightsholder or is authorized to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
  • The physical or electronic signature of the rightsholder or its authorized agent.

04Processing Procedure Upon Notice

When the Company receives a copyright infringement notice submitted in proper form, it may remove or disable access to the content complained of and may inform the user who uploaded the content about the substance of the notice to the extent it deems appropriate.

The Company reserves the right to request additional information or documents to assess the validity of a notice and to reject notices that are manifestly unfounded, made in bad faith, or incomplete. The removal of content does not mean that the Company holds an opinion on, or takes a side in, the legal dispute between the parties.

All notices, counter-notices, and correspondence made throughout the process are processed and retained in accordance with the Privacy Policy, within the framework of the principles governing the retention of the relevant records.

05Counter-Notice Procedure

A user whose content has been removed or access to which has been disabled may object, if they believe in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or as a result of misidentification, by sending a counter-notice containing the following information to dmca@fanzu.live.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, the Company may forward it to the party that submitted the original notice. If the party that submitted the original notice does not inform the Company, within the period prescribed by applicable law, that it has filed suit before a competent authority, the removed content may be restored at the Company's discretion.

  • A description of the removed or disabled content and its location on the Platform before it was removed.
  • A good faith statement, including the consequences of a false statement, that the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  • The full name, complete address, telephone number, and email address of the user submitting the counter-notice.
  • A statement that the user consents to the jurisdiction of the Company's judicial district and the venue prescribed by applicable law.
  • The physical or electronic signature of the user.

06Repeat Infringer Policy

The Company adopts a policy of, in appropriate circumstances and at its own discretion, suspending or permanently terminating the accounts of users determined to have engaged in repeat copyright infringement.

Where multiple valid infringement notices are made regarding a user or where the user continues the infringing conduct, the Company may apply the sanctions set out in the Community Guidelines and Terms of Use, including revocation of broadcasting privileges, freezing of coin/earnings transactions, and closure of the account.

In the event of account closure, the consequences regarding coin and earnings balances are assessed within the framework of the current rates, fees, and thresholds published in the Panel or on the relevant settings page and the Terms of Use; as a rule, coin balances, being digital products, are not refundable.

07Liability for False or Bad-Faith Notices

Persons who knowingly and falsely represent that material or activity infringes their rights, or who knowingly and falsely represent that content was removed by mistake, may be liable under applicable law for the resulting damages, costs, and attorneys' fees.

Copyright notices and counter-notices are official statements that produce legal consequences; accordingly, applicants are advised to obtain independent legal counsel where necessary, before submitting a notice, regarding the scope of their rights and the legal nature of the use in question.

The Company reserves the right to reject notices that are manifestly made in bad faith, for purposes of harassment, or in a systematically erroneous manner, and to take additional measures against persons who submit such applications.

The contact address designated by the Company for copyright infringement notices and counter-notices is dmca@fanzu.live.
