Community Guidelines

Last updated: August 22, 2026

These Community Guidelines establish the rules of conduct and content with which all users, broadcasters, and agents on the Platform operated by Zynvora Tech LLC (chiefly fanzu.live, together with its affiliated brands) are obligated to comply; their purpose is to provide a safe, respectful, and lawful community environment.

01Purpose and Scope

These Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines") have been prepared for the purpose of establishing the standards of conduct and content applicable to the use of the websites and applications operated by Zynvora Tech LLC (Delaware, United States of America; hereinafter the "Company") (chiefly fanzu.live, together with affiliated brands such as broadza.live and lovtube; collectively, the "Platform").

The Guidelines are binding on Users in the position of viewers, Broadcasters who create content, Agents who bring in broadcasters or users, and everyone who accesses the Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you are deemed to have declared that you have read, understood, and accepted these Guidelines.

These Guidelines apply as a whole together with, and supplement, the Platform's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict, the relevant legal regulations and the Terms of Use shall be given priority.

The Platform is ONLY for persons aged 18 and over. The Platform may require adult verification; however, the Platform is NOT a pornographic platform, and explicit sexual content and obscene broadcasts are strictly prohibited.

02Core Principles

The Platform community is founded on the principles of mutual respect, safety, and honesty. The following core principles constitute the minimum standard of conduct expected in all interactions and serve as the basis for interpreting the remainder of these Guidelines.

  • Respect: Treat other users, broadcasters, and the Administrator team with courtesy; respect personal differences, identities, and views.
  • Safety: Refrain from conduct that would endanger your own safety or that of others; report suspicious or harmful situations using the reporting tools.
  • Honesty: Do not make misleading statements about your identity, role, or intentions; avoid fake profiles or misrepresentation.
  • Lawfulness: Act in accordance with applicable laws, the rights of third parties, and these Guidelines.
  • Consent and privacy: Do not share others' private information and content without their express consent.
  • Responsible use: Use the tools offered by the Platform (coin, gifts, video calls, chat) for their intended purposes and in good faith.

03Prohibited Conduct and Content

The conduct and content listed below are strictly prohibited on the Platform. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive; the Company reserves the right to intervene in other conduct it deems contrary to the spirit of these Guidelines.

A zero-tolerance policy is applied with respect to any and all content and conduct involving minors. Violations in this category result immediately in content removal, permanent ban, and, under applicable law, reporting to the relevant competent authorities.

  • Harassment and bullying: Insulting, threatening, intimidating, persistently disturbing, demeaning, or collectively targeting any person.
  • Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence on the basis of race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
  • Anything involving minors (zero tolerance): The presence, depiction, sexualization of persons under 18 on the Platform, or any harmful conduct directed at them, is strictly and without exception prohibited.
  • Explicit sexual content and pornography: The explicit depiction of sexual acts, obscene broadcasting, and the sharing of pornographic images or videos is prohibited; although the Platform may require adult verification, it is not a pornographic platform.
  • Violence: Content that praises, encourages, or celebrates real violence; posts that encourage self-harm, suicide, or dangerous acts.
  • Fraud and commercial spam: Misleading promises, phishing, false gift/prize claims, unauthorized advertising, repetitive unsolicited messages, and commercial abuse redirecting off the Platform.
  • Disclosure of personal/private information: Sharing others' address, phone, ID, financial, or other private information without their consent (doxxing).
  • Copyright infringement: The unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of copyrighted works, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights belonging to third parties.
  • Bots and automation: The use of bots, automated scripts, or fake accounts to artificially inflate viewer, follower, engagement, or earnings figures.
  • Coin/money manipulation and incentive abuse: The fraudulent manipulation of the coin balance or earnings system, fake transactions, money-laundering attempts, chargeback abuse, and the misuse of Agent/broadcaster incentive and revenue-sharing programs.

04Broadcaster-Viewer Interaction Rules

Interactions between broadcasters and viewers take place through tools such as sending gifts, video calls, access to private content/broadcasts, and chat. In these interactions, both parties are obligated to comply with these Guidelines.

Coin is a virtual unit within the Platform; it has no real monetary value, cannot be used outside the Platform, and, as a rule (being a digital product with immediate performance), is not refundable. Coin is used to send gifts, make video calls, and access private content/broadcasts. Viewers' spending decisions are their own responsibility.

Broadcasters must not coerce viewers into spending coin through misleading promises, must not undertake to provide services they cannot deliver, and must not use the interaction to request personal contact information or off-Platform payment.

In all interactions, including video calls, live broadcasts, and private content, explicit sexual content, obscenity, and other conduct prohibited in these Guidelines are strictly prohibited. Non-consensual recording of images, sharing of screenshots, and use for threatening purposes (blackmail) are prohibited.

  • Both parties must respect the other party's boundaries and right to decline.
  • Moving communication off the Platform to request payment or personal information is prohibited.
  • Displaying third parties without their consent in video calls and broadcasts is prohibited.
  • Abuse of interaction for advertising, brokerage, or redirecting to other platforms is not permitted.

05Reporting and Blocking Tools

The Platform provides users with reporting (complaint) and blocking tools so that they can protect themselves. These tools are expected to be used in good faith and for genuine violations; malicious or baseless mass complaints also constitute a breach of these Guidelines.

Through the complaint mechanism, fake profiles, fraudulent or commercially motivated accounts, suspicion of being a minor, hate speech, and other violations can be reported to the Administrator team. Reports are reviewed under Administrator oversight, and sanctions are applied where necessary.

When you block a user, the blocked person's ability to interact with you is restricted. In serious or urgent situations, in addition to the blocking and reporting tools, you may reach the Platform team at destek@fanzu.live.

  • Among complaint subjects, fake profiles, fraud/commercial motives, being a minor, and hate speech are assessed as priorities.
  • With the user-blocking tool, interaction from unwanted persons can be restricted.
  • Broadcasters may use the tools to ban from the broadcast viewers who commit violations in their own broadcast and chat environments.
  • All reports are subject to Administrator oversight and are handled in accordance with privacy principles.

06Sanctions

Against conduct and content in breach of these Guidelines, the Company may apply graduated or direct sanctions according to the nature, severity, and repetition of the violation. The type and scope of the sanction are within the Company's reasonable discretion.

In serious violations such as content involving minors, explicit sexual content, serious fraud, money/coin manipulation, and threats of violence, a permanent ban may be imposed directly without applying a graduated process, and, where necessary, a report may be made to the competent authorities.

Sanctions may include the removal of infringing content, the temporary restriction of the account or of certain features, the freezing of coin/earnings transactions, and the permanent closure of the account. In the event of a permanent ban, the consequences relating to the balance are subject to the Terms of Use and the current rules published in the panel.

  • Warning: Notification of the violation and a request for correction.
  • Content removal: Removal from the Platform of messages, broadcasts, or content that violate the rules.
  • Suspension: Temporary restriction of the account or of certain features (broadcasting, messaging, video calls, withdrawals).
  • Permanent ban: Permanent closure of the account and blocking of access to the Platform.

07Appeal Process

Users against whom a sanction is applied may appeal if they consider the decision unfair. The appeal must be made within a reasonable time from the sanction notice reaching them, together with its grounds.

Appeals may be sent to destek@fanzu.live; the address legal@fanzu.live may be used for notices of a legal nature and formal appeals. Clearly stating your account information, the incident subject to the sanction, and the grounds for your appeal in your appeal application will expedite the assessment.

Appeals are reviewed again by the Administrator team. As a result of the review, the sanction may be lifted, mitigated, or upheld without change. The outcome of the assessment is notified to the applicant; the Company's final decision is valid, without prejudice to the rights recognized by applicable law.
