Third-Party Licenses
Last updated: August 22, 2026
This document describes the principal third-party and open-source software components used in the development and operation of the Platform operated by Zynvora Tech LLC (chiefly fanzu.live, together with its affiliated brands), the types of licenses applicable to them, and the related legal notices.
01Purpose and Scope
Zynvora Tech LLC (Delaware, United States of America; hereinafter the "Company"), in developing and operating the websites and applications it runs (chiefly fanzu.live, together with affiliated brands such as broadza.live and lovtube; collectively, the "Platform"), makes use of a number of open-source software components and commercial third-party services. This document has been prepared for the purpose of transparently setting out the principal such components and services, the types of licenses to which they are subject, and the related legal notices.
The purpose of this document is to fulfill the attribution and notice obligations of open-source licenses, to inform users about the technology layer on which the Platform is built, and to indicate how the relevant license texts may be accessed. This document does not replace the principal agreements governing the relationship between the user and the Company (in particular the "Terms of Use" and the "Privacy Policy"); it is supplementary in nature to them.
Although the list contained in this document is comprehensive, it may change over time given the nature of software dependencies. The fact that a component is not listed here does not mean that the license obligations of that component have been disregarded; the Company undertakes to comply with the license terms of all third-party components it uses.
02Open-Source Components and License Types
The Platform uses the open-source software components whose principal ones are listed below. Each component is subject to the license conditions determined by its own developer or community, and the copyright and permission notices of the relevant licenses are reserved. Specific version numbers are not given in the list below; current version information is contained in the Platform's distribution and dependency records (e.g., package definition files).
Licenses such as MIT, ISC, BSD, and Apache License 2.0 referred to below are, in general, permissive licenses that allow the use, copying, modification, and distribution of the software on the condition that the relevant copyright and permission notices are preserved. Apache License 2.0 additionally contains supplementary provisions regarding patent rights and contribution conditions. The PostgreSQL License is a permissive license similar in nature to the MIT license.
- Next.js โ MIT License
- React โ MIT License
- Node.js โ Under the Node.js project license (essentially MIT and the licenses of the relevant third-party components)
- Prisma โ Apache License 2.0
- Socket.IO โ MIT License
- PostgreSQL โ PostgreSQL License
- Other common npm packages โ largely under MIT, ISC, or BSD licenses (including three-clause/two-clause BSD)
03Commercial Third-Party Services
In addition to open-source components, the Platform also makes use of third-party services offered under their own commercial licenses or terms of service. These services are subject not to open-source licenses but to the respective provider's own commercial agreements and terms of use.
Payment transactions are carried out through the Company's payment infrastructure when a user purchases coin. In coin purchases, payment is processed via the Stripe infrastructure through zynvoratech.com, and following a successful payment the coin balance is added to the user's account. Stripe services are subject to Stripe's own commercial terms of service.
The Agora RTC SDK is used for real-time video/audio communication and live-streaming functions; this component is subject to a commercial license and is governed by Agora's own license and service conditions. In addition, the Platform also makes use of infrastructure services such as hosting/CDN providers and push notification services; these services are likewise subject to the respective providers' own contractual terms.
- Payment infrastructure: Stripe (via zynvoratech.com) โ commercial terms of service
- Real-time video/audio and live streaming: Agora RTC SDK โ commercial license
- Hosting and content delivery (CDN) providers โ the terms of service of the relevant providers
- Push notification services โ the terms of service of the relevant providers
04Access to License Texts
The full license texts and copyright notices of the open-source components referred to above are publicly available at the official distribution sources and source-code repositories of the relevant components. Each open-source license is distributed together with the original text containing the copyright and permission notices required by that license.
The license notices relating to the application components distributed within the scope of the Platform are stored in the license files of the relevant packages. If you have a request regarding the license text or version information of a particular component, you may contact the Company at destek@fanzu.live; assistance will be provided within a reasonable time in accessing the relevant license information.
The license and service terms of the commercial third-party services (Stripe, Agora, and infrastructure providers) may be accessed through the relevant providers' own official sources. These terms may be updated from time to time by the relevant provider.
05Brands and Trademarks
The third-party product names, service names, logos, and trademarks referred to in this document (for example, Next.js, React, Node.js, Prisma, Socket.IO, PostgreSQL, Stripe, and Agora) are the property of their respective rights holders. The mention of these names in this document is solely for identification and attribution purposes; it does not imply any partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation between the said rights holders and the Company.
The use of an open-source component by the Platform may not be construed as meaning that the license of the relevant component grants the Company the right to use the trademarks belonging to that component. Open-source licenses generally govern the use and distribution rights of the software; they may separately and expressly exclude trademark rights.
The brands and content belonging to the Platform, including fanzu.live, broadza.live, and lovtube, belong to the Company or the relevant rights holders, and their use is governed by the "Terms of Use" document.
06Disclaimer
Open-source software components are, as stated in their respective licenses, generally provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by the relevant licenses, no warranty is given that these components are fit for a particular purpose, merchantable, or that they will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
The Company exercises reasonable care to comply with the license terms of the open-source and third-party components it uses; however, it cannot be held liable, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for defects, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities arising from these components or third-party services themselves. The provision, availability, and terms of third-party services (Stripe, Agora, and infrastructure providers) are within the control of the relevant providers.
The information in this document is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. In the event of a conflict between this document and the conditions of any open-source license, the original text of that license shall prevail with respect to the relevant component.
